Dear client,

From the moment that you ask us information's on a receptive structure, we will control if there is the availability and we will block for you the room which you required for 48 hours, in the meantime we will communicate you the extremes for effecting the payment, the reservation will be confirmed to the receptive structure, at payment effected.
If, the from you requested receptive structure, has no availability of rooms, you can sort out other three, present on the list or you can be letting advised and we will find you a similar structure, whether like the price as like the standard. The payment will be made through a pre paying card, registered on the name of the agency, so that we can check in real time the incoming payment, and to you will be send, through e-mail, a quittance of receipt (that will have value of voucher ) for the amount that you paid and received by us, in name and for account of the receptive structure from you chosen.
Against the present payment, there will be remitted to you, directly from the receptive structure, the fiscal document (receipt for fiscal purposes or invoice) for the effected reservations.
At the end of your overstaying, please leave us a commentary (feedback) on the structure that has given hospitality to you, so that we can improve our services.
In case there will be a cancellation of the reservation 30 days before the date of arriving, there is the right for a reimbursement of 84% of the comprehensive amount; in case the cancellation is between the thirty's and fifteenth day antecedent the date of arriving, you will have the right for a reimbursement of 50% of the comprehensive amount; cancellations effectuated in the 15 days antecedent of the date of arriving do not give any right of reimbursement.

Informative on the treatment of the personal data

Dear Guest, 
in compliance with previewed how much from the art. 13 of the D.Lgs. 196/2003 - Code in matter of protection of the personal data - we inform that:

.	in every moment you will be able to exercise your rights in the comparisons of the holder of the treatment, to the senses of article 7 of the D.Lgs.196/2003, that we reproduce integrally of continuation:
